Customer convenience cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not accepted after payment, unless stated otherwise on the event page or required by applicable law.
If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or materially changed, the organiser determines the applicable refund, exchange or transfer policy, subject to applicable law. Entrytickets may assist with refund processing on the organiser's behalf.
