About ART FAIR ASIA FUKUOKA 2026 (AFAF)
ART FAIR ASIA FUKUOKA (AFAF) is an international art fair that has been held in Fukuoka since its establishment in 2015, serving as a bridge between Japan and Asia through art.
The 11th edition, ART FAIR ASIA FUKUOKA 2026, will take place from Thursday, October 1 to Sunday, October 4, 2026, at the Fukuoka International Center.
Set in Fukuoka—a city that has long served as a gateway between Japan and Asia—the fair brings together leading galleries and artists from Japan and around the world to present a diverse selection of contemporary art. In 2025, AFAF welcomed more than 15,000 visitors, marking its highest attendance to date and further establishing itself as one of Asia's leading international art platforms.
In 2026, AFAF will strengthen collaborations with museums, universities, companies, and art fairs across Kyushu and Asia while continuing to share new artistic perspectives and cultural value with the world from Fukuoka. Visitors can explore carefully curated exhibitions, discover exceptional artworks presented by renowned galleries, and experience the richness of diverse cultures and creative expression.
Whether you are an experienced art collector or simply interested in exploring contemporary art, AFAF welcomes everyone.
Join us at ART FAIR ASIA FUKUOKA 2026 and discover inspiring new works while experiencing one of Asia's most exciting celebrations of contemporary art.
